Crusading For Longevity

A healthy lifestyle, according to the World Health Organization (W.H.O), is a way of living that lowers the risk of being seriously ill or dying early. It is a way of living that helps you to enjoy more aspects of your life. A lot of people today are in the habit of neglecting health issues in pursuit of other legitimate needs. But what is a pocket full of gold, a basket full of food, a vast compound filled with beautiful cars with a deteriorating health? There is practically no way you can enjoy all the wealth amassed when you are struggling with diseases.

I am sure you'll also agree that our creator wants the best for us. He wants us healthy so we can render acceptable service unto him. Besides, our good health will make for a good disposition, which will in turn be a magnet sort of, drawing others to him. A sickly or smelly person can definitely not be a successful crusader however he or she tries. It behooves believers therefore to take special care of their bodies primarily to please God and not for vanity. Remember, that is and should be the believer's target and focus.
